Introducing Advanced Playlists.

We’re turning up the volume on Playlists to give you even more control and flexibility to build product collections that win.

Say hello to Advanced Playlists — the easiest way to create beautifully curated, high-converting product stories that meet your prospects exactly where they are in their journey.

Whether you’re a seller following up after a call, a CSM rep prepping for a QBR, or a product marketer looking to scale your narrative across teams, Advanced Playlists helps you deliver product value, in one place.

At Walnut, our mission is simple: to make the software buying experience delightful for both you and your customers. Advanced Playlists is a big step in that direction.

What are Playlists?

Your GTM motion isn’t just about showing off your product—it’s about guiding buyers through every step of their journey.

That’s why we built Playlists.

Playlists give your team one place to package everything your buyers need to evaluate your solution—interactive demos, videos, PDFs, case studies, and more. No more back-and-forth emails. No more scattered links. Just one shareable hub that helps buyers self-educate, stay aligned, and move forward faster.

Even better? You can tailor each Playlist by deal or use cases, so your champions have the exact content they need to get internal buy-in and keep momentum going. Because when you make it easier to buy, you make it easier to win.

Playlists are easy to create and easy to consume. They come in two versions with three layout options.

What’s new in Advanced Playlists

Advanced Playlists takes everything our customers love about Playlists and make them more customizable and engaging.

First off, you can now choose from tailored layouts built for specific GTM moments. Want to give your champions a central place to explore demos, one-pagers, and videos at their own pace? Use the Customer Hub layout. Need something more structured for live sales calls or deal follow-ups? Go with the Sales Hub to present product stories in a way that’s focused and impactful.

The new flexible UX means you’re not locked into a one-size-fits-all format. You can build your Playlist using five unique section types to create a layout that makes sense for your flow. Add embedded content iframes, Microsoft 365 files, and let prospects interact with your assets in a seamless, full-screen experience without distractions.

We’ve also made sure Advanced Playlists work beautifully across devices, so your audience can view them anytime, anywhere on a mobile device.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Walnut release without better insights. With demo-level and item-level analytics, plus support from InsightsAI, you’ll get clear answers to critical questions: Which items are resonating? Where are users spending the most time? What’s getting skipped? Now you can finally stop guessing and start optimizing.

Advanced Playlists for GTM teams

Advanced Playlists bring together everything GTM teams need to create product experiences that are both consistent and personalized.

For sales and CS teams, it’s a simple way to guide buyers or customers through content that’s tailored to their needs — while keeping everything sleek, on-brand, and easy to digest.

For product marketers and enablement leads, it’s a dream come true. You get full control over the message, the layout, and the flow, so every team member shares a consistent, on-point product narrative. No more rogue slides or outdated links — just polished, repeatable experiences that scale.

And most importantly? You’re not just sending another deck. You’re delivering real product value — in context, in the moment, and in a way that makes your buyer’s life easier.
